wow – my problem is the opposite! The prednisone caused me to gain 11 pounds and I cannot loose them!!!! To see all the calories you are taking in is amazing!
I've historically gained 3-5 pounds on prednisone, but then always lost it within a week. That's what makes my staying over 120 so amazing this time around… it was without prednisone.
It's got to be a different feeling for you to try to gain weight because it's completely counter-culture for a woman. At least for CF men, bodybuilders and athletes also talk about needing to gain weight.
